Yet More Training and Coaching at Work

I am getting more training and coaching at work. Mostly for how I end the call. It’s not easy to get all the stuff they want packed into the end of the call, before the caller hangs up. Once the problem is solved people don’t want to spend more time just on the phone to hear a recap, a thanks for calling and to do a survey. I also have a problem with dead air on the call, mainly while waiting for the equipment to cycle through and self-repair. So I am getting coaching tips which is ok. Last week it was getting to me. Seemed I could do nothing right and I got tired of trying. This week I seem to be getting out of that mood, after all, it’s just a job. I get to go home after my eight hours.
