I’m on the look out for a Vietnamese coffee filter/ maker now. I read about it in Canadian Living and it looks great. I like ways to make coffee which work when you are on the road, no need for extra gear or anything special. Anyway, I am going to see if I come across the equipment for this somewhere. If it’s not hugely pricey, sometimes anything that becomes trendy is suddenly expensive.
