The Lifespan of an Everyday Average Quarter

Describe the life of a quarter. It gets minted, pressed through the machines and dumped into a pile of shiny new quarters. Then… out into the world. Eventually, maybe a century later, it becomes recycled back into new quarters. Or, maybe it just disappears… never to be seen again. Think of all the adventures and things we take for granted that could happen to a small silvery piece of money.
