Upcycled Toilet Roll People Greeting Cards

These are created with marshmallows and candy, etc. But, I’d have more fun making them as a toilet roll version. An upcycled version with things from the recycling bin. I’m going to start saving finished toilet paper rolls and other bits and pieces and see what I can come up with. Everyone needs a project.

Handwritten Letters Last a Lifetime (Unless Someone Burns or Otherwise Recycles Them)

When did you last write something by hand. I’d even count a grocery list because people just seem to use their phone for even that small thing now. I miss handwriting. I still send greeting cards with short notes. When I was younger I wrote long letters, on stationary, to my Grandmothers and their sisters. Today at WalMart

I’ve wanted a scanner for a long time. Mostly for clip art to use on my personal websites. There is only so much I can do with ASCII art and HerPlanet isn’t even all that keen on me using it at all. So far that is my only disappointment with the HerPlanet network.
