I remember other tweaking freeware I tried. I never noticed a real difference in how my PC ran until I switched from a 14K dial up connection to a 56K dial up connection. Then I signed up with AOL and Netscape and it seems I’m running at 14K again, no matter what hardware I’m running.
Anyway, though tweaking Windows is always interesting, I wouldn’t rush into anything. If you do, make sure how have a back up plan, literally.
