There are all kinds of times and reasons I miss living in the city. This is one of them. It would be a lot of fun, not to mention the fame and fortune, to be blogging for one of these. Toronto is closest to me but I’m not close enough to have access to news about stuff going on in the city, not often enough to post here.
Think there would be a huge readership for MiddleofNowhereist? SomewhereNorthist? Lostist? I like Lostist, people might confuse it with that very confusing TV show however.
Here’s a thought… What if someone (out of the blue or just cause they realized my greatness) gave me a lot of money to move to Vancouver and start Vancouverist? Wouldn’t that be great. I might have to kidnap my nephew, so he wouldn’t miss me and could give me the whole kid in the rainy city angle for the blog. How perfect would that be!!
