Every Friday we post our “Weekly Weigh In”. It includes pounds lost this week and total lost. You do NOT have to put your weight as I sure as hell am not. Then include a little blurb on how your week went.
Really good idea. I don’t have a scale and don’t really want to own one either. I thought (before) about using a tape measure to watch inches lost rather than pounds. Either would work for me. Anything that works would be nice. Really.
