What would a monster eat for breakfast?

I think a mechanical monster would eat old rusted out cars from the junkyard. He would especially love crunching on the engine parts. But sometimes bits would get stuck in his teeth. Then he would have to use some rope, to floss with.

A deep sea monster would eat ocean sludge. You know that gunky looking stuff that sometimes floats around near the shore. He would never want to eat swimmers, people especially. They give him indigestion. But the sludge stuff slips on down and makes him feel good all over.

A flying monster needs to eat light. He would just swallow used up clouds. Those clouds just after a rain or a storm. Once they have used up all their rain and thunder that's when they taste the best.

A tunneling monster, who lives far underground would eat rocks. His favourites are those dull grey looking ones. They may not look pretty but to him they taste like chocolate cake and ice cream. He munches them down five at a time.

A ghost monster doesn't really eat at all. That's why he is so thin you can see right through him. He thinks some day he will disappear completely. He actually wants to. I'm not sure why.

The house monster is really very shy and likes to hide and never be seen at all. He gets scared by kids and especially big people. He really does like kids though, he wishes he could play all the great games they play. Most of all he wishes he was brave enough to go outside and see all the great stuff there. Of course, he would have to come back inside because he only eats dust bunnies, those kind of fluff balls made of dust and bits of other stuff that collect under couches and beds. The dust bunnies don't like being eaten but without the house monster those dust bunnies would soon have so many dust bunny babies around that you wouldn't have room for the couch or the bed. Its a good thing most homes have one house monster around. My house monster lives in my closet. Some times I try to chat with him. But, as I said he is so very shy. He keeps hoping I will just leave him alone so he can go back to being quiet and shy.
