This is the rough draft for a story I'm working on. It's not even done to the end yet but there is enough here to get you started.
"I don't want to." Chris looked down at the package Laura has just dropped in his lap. He was relaxing in front of the TV after making breakfast and cleaning up the dishes. It was Saturday and he had planned to have some time for himself.
She stood over him, expectantly, waiting. As he tried to ignore her she grew impatient and sat on his lap. He couldn't pretend to ignore her now. She leaned into his chest and bit his bottom lip. Her fingers curled in his hair and trailed down his arms. "Do you really just want to watch TV?"
Chris wasn't in the mood to resist a good invitation. "What's in the package?" He asked, growling to show her the effect she was having on his temper.

It was old, dusty and had traces of what could be dried blood on it. But, the bottle seemed intact. Jake blew dust away from the surface, peering at the label. A tiny spider trailed down over his hand and onto the floor to be lost in the clutter, dust and dirt. Whatever the label said was lost on Jake, he couldn't read the language, wasn't even sure what language it might be. Under the grime the bottle shined, something inside might have glittered. Peering through the dirt, he gave it a shake but couldn't tell what might be in it. He packed it up in the cardboard box of things to take downstairs and out of the abandoned house.
The box was nearly full, generations of treasures passed down to the current heir, himself. It was too bad the house was in such sad shape structurally. The whole thing would have to come down. So, Jake had rented a truck, gathered packing boxes and arranged to spend a weekend clearing out whatever was salvageable. There was less than he thought.

"So, you're the Ghost of Christmas Future? I'm just supposed to believe that, right?" The woman was wearing red on red. Not that orangy, wanna-be red, the real, dark, bloody red. Her hair had red streaks of colour too. Between the streaks she was brunette, her hair tumbled down to her waist.
"Whatever will I do now?" Sarcastically portraying the helpless woman, she widened her eyes and held her hands up, fingers shaking.
The figure in front of her did nothing. It didn't move. It could only be called it, there was no face showing through any opening in the dusty cloak it wore. No sign that it even knew or cared where it was. It was a solid mystery, standing there in front of her.

"Well here I am, what's the big surprise?"
The room remained just as dark and quiet. Shelly waited, one hand touching the concrete wall, keeping track of the door she had just closed behind her.
"Did someone fall asleep at the switch?" Shelly called, a little louder. Still nothing.

Here, in Adult BackWash, it's my job to be provoking. Not thought provoking, though I expect your brain comes into it at some point. Just provoking in a naughty, flirting, seductive way. It's usually fun. When I'm in the mood to be provoking.
Sometimes I would rather be provoking in a different way. I'm contrary. If you say black I might just say yellow, just to be provoking and contrary. Of course, I don't say white, that would cross the line from provoking to aggravating. I'd rather stick with provoking, it's more fun and easier to get out of later if things don't work out quite as planned.
When I chat on IRC, I enjoy being provoking there too. I don't get there too often these days. I used to be an IRC diva, back when I was still a virgin. One of those nice girls longing to test out being bad, or at least a bit naughty. Now, having been there and done that a few times, I'm just me again. That nice girl with an underlying, lurking streak of wickedness.
Evil? Well, that could be next. I'd really need the right partner. Do you know any men who want a sexy, provoking, contrary, seductive woman with a lot of t and a?
Fooled you. I'm not all that, really. In truth I'm a soccer Mom without the husband, kids, minivan, picket fence, garden or pets.
