Thirteen reasons to have a car:

1. Support the insurance and banking industries so they can keep building skyscrapers to support the construction industry.

2. Road trips!

3. The smell of gas as you fill the tank.

4. Avoiding waiting outside for buses that are always late and later.

5. Those little mirrors are really good for plucking eyebrows and those irritating facial hairs we don't admit we get.

6. You're not a vulnerable, squishy pedestrian.

7. You get your picture on a license.

8. You can pack a lot more shopping into a car than you can carry on the bus.

9. You can take a lot of junk out of your purse and stash it in your car instead.

10. The radio sounds better when you're driving.

11. At night you can pretend you're famous and stand in the beam of your headlights. (Like I'm really the only one who has done that!)

12. If you run away from home (or need some other quick get away) you don't have to stick around waiting for the bus.

13. It gives you something to put all those bumper stickers on.

Hershey's have been coming out with more varieties of their famous Kisses lately. There are even candy cane Kisses this year for Christmas. If they were to make a Hershey's Kiss in your honour what kind of flavour would it be? Describe it and the story/ reasoning behind it.

Don't take this the wrong way... but you're going to die. Live well while you can. Spend less time considering what others think of you. Most of the time they have their own problems and won't even notice you. Don't give your time and energy to the people who only give you back negativity. Enjoy life, be less afraid of making mistakes. Do the things you have always wanted to do. Trust yourself more, a lot more.

My blog isn't a secret but no one in my family is interested enough to read it. Sometimes I use names and sometimes just the title (brother, sister, etc.)

Now and then I reconsider something I wrote, most of the time I just leave it there. But, once in a while I delete something as being too personal and going too deep into my private thoughts and feelings.

The only problem I have is that of all my family my eleven year old nephew reads this. Not very often. But, I wish he wasn't. There are thoughts here which I wouldn't have ever told him about, things too adult for a young man.

1. I like cute socks.
2. Most of my computer games are city building types. But, I am addicted to Carmageddon.
3. I have never broken a bone in my body.
4. Right now I'm sitting here in a nightie, a green one. Nothing else but cute pink socks.
5. Tomorrow I am planning to hit the thrift stores: GoodWill and Value Village.
6. I am thinking to start a blogroll for sites with UE (urban and rural exploration) photos.
7. I am also planning a blogroll to go along with the WordGrrl blog.
8. I watch Canadian Idol. I think the early shows are better than the big phone in, final ten type shows.
9. I have a pirate fetish. I had it long before Johnny Depp and crew made it fashionable.
10. When I was 16 I saved money. I don't know what happened to me since then.
11. I really do have too many books. I am obsessed with them.
12. I have to really conclude that Windows Vista sucks in a bad way.
13. I don't mind to tell people just about anything about myself. But, I get really angry about anyone snooping into my things or myself. I am both really open and really private at the same time. I guess.
